"After surgery to my lower back, resulting in three vertebrae being fused and more surgery to my cervical spine (also with fusions), I was loosing flexibility and range of motion. At the age of 48 I was also living with moderate to severe pain on a daily basis. I wasn't living, I was existing. Dr. Siegfried gave me this wonderfully odd blue thing and said "here, try this; what have you got to lose". I was skeptical at best, but I did have 'nothing to lose'. After using my 'blue thing' for a few days I noticed marked improvement in my flexibility and the pain was gradually decreasing in severity. In a few more days I was happy to get out of bed and looking forward to the rest of the day, with relatively little discomfort in my lower back. Before bed, I use my 'blue thing' to help loosen tight muscles. On the mornings when stiffness does occur, I use my 'blue thing' after my shower to loosen up and stretch. Visits to the Dr. for my lower back problems have been significantly reduced. I sleep better now. In general, I'm a much nicer human to be around. Recently I had to travel to Texas via car for family business. My 'blue thing' traveled with me. It saved me! 2,800 miles is a long way to drive even for someone with a normal, healthy back. That 'blue thing' is the oddest, most wonderful piece of home decor I have ever had. Yes, home decor. It sits out where everyone and anyone can use it (and many do).
